Operating Hours

Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 6pm

We operate 50 weeks of the year and closed on public holidays. The Centre shuts down for 2 weeks during the Christmas/ New Years Holiday so that educators can recharge their batteries and families don’t have to pay during the festive period and have more time with their children.

About Us

We are a family-owned Northern Beaches long-day early childhood centre and pre-school conveniently located on Warriewood Road, Warriewood.

Our educators provide a nurturing, happy and stimulating learning environment for children from six weeks old to when they start school.

🎉 A Heartwarming Visit from Our Arcare Friends! 🎉

Today, we were thrilled to welcome the Arcare residents to Mi Kids for their final visit of the year! To make this occasion extra special, we transformed our playground with accessible tables and chairs and planned a day full of joy and connection.

🌟 Morning Tea Magic:
We kicked things off with a warm welcome and a delicious morning tea featuring scones the children baked yesterday, a fresh fruit platter, cupcakes, and bread. Sharing these treats together created a wonderful atmosphere of laughter and togetherness.

🎓 Mini Graduation:
A highlight of the day was a surprise mini-graduation ceremony! The Arcare residents presented certificates to the children who participated in our Intergenerational Program this year. It was a touching moment as the children proudly accepted their certificates, getting excited for their actual graduation on Thursday!

🎲 Games and Fun:
To wrap up the visit, everyone gathered around the big tables to enjoy some games of bingo and memory. These activities were a perfect way to bond and share laughter across generations.

This visit beautifully showcased the power of community and intergenerational connection. The children not only had fun but also grew in confidence interacting with new people and learning from the wisdom of their older friends.

We’re so grateful for this program and look forward to continuing these meaningful connections in the future. 💖

🌟 Excursion to Pittwater House – 27/11/2024 🌟

Last week, our children had an exciting visit to Pittwater House as part of our school readiness program. They explored the kindergarten facilities, engaged in fun activities like building, obstacle courses, and bouncy ball play, and partnered with Year 6 buddies who guided them through the day.

Inside the classrooms, the children enjoyed drawing, math and literacy games, and imaginative play with magnets, animals, and dolls. We ended the visit with lunch and a story about starting school, helping the children feel excited and prepared for the year ahead.

A big thank you to Pittwater House for this memorable experience! 🏫✨
